Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 May 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mummy Founders website, membership programs, digital courses, and all related services (“Services”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. Mummy Founders provides educational resources designed to support mothers in building online businesses, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results. Your use of the Services is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

2. Membership Access

When you purchase a membership, whether monthly or annual, you receive immediate access to digital content, including courses, templates, community features, and other educational materials. Access is granted solely for your personal use and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed in any form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Any unauthorized sharing of content or account access may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time as part of ongoing improvements to the Services.

3. Payments and Billing

All membership fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fee. Monthly memberships renew every 30 days, and annual memberships renew every 12 months, unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again or suspend your access until the issue is resolved. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but any changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply to future billing cycles.

4. Refund Policy

Mummy Founders offers a 14‑day refund guarantee, applicable only if you have not yet accepted or used any of our services, mentorship, or custom work.

Because Mummy Founders provides instant access to digital materials, templates, and educational resources immediately upon purchase, all membership payments—monthly or annual—are generally considered final once access has been delivered. Under U.S. consumer law, digital goods and memberships that grant immediate access are typically non‑refundable after delivery.

However, our 14‑day guarantee provides an exception only in the following situations:

  • Eligible for Refund: You signed up, gained access to the digital materials, but did not begin the program, did not receive mentorship, and no custom work or business support was started. In other words, if you simply got cold feet or never got started, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Not Eligible for Refund: You have accepted any service, including:

    • Mentorship or coaching sessions

    • Business support or strategic guidance

    • Custom website work or any personalized deliverables Once any of these services have begun, the refund guarantee no longer applies.

If applicable law in your state requires a refund under specific circumstances—such as a technical failure preventing access to the Services—we will comply with those requirements.

Outside of legally mandated situations and the limited 14‑day guarantee described above, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including lack of use, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the content.

5. Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments. If you cancel a monthly membership, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel an annual membership, you will retain access until the end of the annual term you have already paid for. Because digital access is delivered immediately, cancellations do not result in prorated refunds. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your membership.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Services—including videos, written materials, templates, branding assets, graphics, and community resources—is the exclusive property of Mummy Founders and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the content for your personal learning and business development. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your membership.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mummy Founders provides educational content intended to support your personal and professional development. However, we do not guarantee any specific income, business success, or financial results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mummy Founders is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or data loss. You agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk and that the information provided is for educational purposes only.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state (Delaware) in which Mummy Founders is legally registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state. By using the Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
